Do you require a deposit to confirm an order?

Yes, a 50% deposit is needed to confirm your order. This helps us secure your spot and start preparing for your delicious treats. The final payment must be completed 2 days before your order is picked up or delivered.

When is payment due?

Payment must be completed 2 days before your order is picked up or delivered. We accept major credit and debit cards, and Venmo/Zelle is available upon request.

Where is Kneadymama Bakery located?

We are a home bakery located in Sacramento, CA,  operating with a cottage food license, approved by the Sacramento County Environmental Management Department (EMD).

Do you offer shipping?

Yes, we offer shipping for cookies throughout California. Just place your order through our contact form, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

We try our best to fulfill dietary restrictions, but please be aware that our kitchen processes other allergens. If you have any specific concerns, please let us know when placing your order.

I do not like overly sweet frosting, how do you make yours?

All of our buttercream is made from scratch, to order. We use American-style buttercream, which means we use only butter, sugar, and vanilla in our basic buttercream frosting. We do not overly sweeten our buttercream as we believe that it takes away from the real flavor of the cake!

If I have a photo of a cake that I love, can you replicate it?

We love when our customers come prepared with inspiration for their order! However, every artist has their own style and skill, so we prefer to use your photo as inspiration rather than an exact replica. Generally, we are also working with slightly different sizes and materials to fit the specifics of your order, so we may need to alter the design to better suit your event.
